This privacy notice describes how C2MCI Group Inc. collects, uses, retains, and protects personal information on the C2MCI Group corporate website at c2mci.com. It is written to satisfy our obligations under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector(often called Law 25, formerly Bill 64) and Canada’s federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This notice covers this corporate website only. Each operating venture (GatekeeperAI, Verity, TripSlice) publishes its own privacy notice on its own domain. Our compliance posture there is separate.

What we collect
We collect a small amount of personal information through this site:
- Visit data: minimal, aggregated analytics provided by our hosting platform, including approximate location at the country or region level, browser type, referrer, and pages viewed.
- Correspondence: if you email us at info@c2mci.com, we receive your message content, email address, and any contact details you choose to include.
We do not set marketing or third-party tracking cookies on this site. We do not operate any kind of advertising network. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Why we collect it
Visit data is used only to understand site traffic patterns and to maintain the reliability of the site. Correspondence is used only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of business communications.
Third parties and communication outside Quebec
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States. Visit data and email correspondence routed through this site will, by virtue of this hosting arrangement, be processed and stored on infrastructure located outside Quebec, primarily in the United States. We have evaluated this arrangement and consider the protection provided by Vercel to be adequate having regard to the limited and non-sensitive nature of the personal information involved.
Aggregate web analytics on this site are provided by PostHog (PostHog Inc., a company based in the United States). PostHog data for this site is processed on infrastructure located in the United States. We do not identify individual visitors to PostHog. We do not capture session recordings. The information collected is limited to anonymous page views and basic interaction events used to understand site traffic patterns.
PostHog stores a random anonymous identifier in your browser’s local storage so that successive visits from the same browser can be recognized as the same visitor. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for c2mci.com.
We do not otherwise share personal information collected through this site with any third party, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Aggregated visit data is retained by our hosting platform for the duration of its standard analytics retention window. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and then for ordinary business record-keeping, generally not exceeding seven years. We destroy or anonymize personal information when the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.
